This is a comprehensive service that generally includes in-person design, purchasing, project management and installation. We handle the entire project from initial concept to finishing touches, whether it’s new construction, renovation or remodeling. These detailed design services begin with discussing your project needs and ideas during our initial meeting. We review any inspiration, existing plans you may have, budget, and then you are provided a detailed project proposal for your review. This proposal breaks down our fees, and includes a broad project scope tailored to your unique requirements with its’ included deliverables.

Hiring a designer is totally a personal choice and I have several options if you're not ready to fully commit!
There are a ton of positives if you're thinking of hiring a designer. First off, it saves you an incredible amount time and stress- Juggling all the design decisions (not just furniture, but knobs, pulls, trim size, paint finishes, fabrics and all the little details), to scheduling all of those items to appear on time, undamaged, and then ensuring everything comes together the way it should is a major factor for many of my clients. Plus, designers know all the tricks to avoid costly mistakes that can not only mess up your budget but also your timeline (which is even more expensive).
I also have access to some amazing resources and can connect you with the right people to make your space truly shine. Hiring a designer also can help to increase your home’s value, create a more inviting space, or even go the eco-friendly route. A designer can take your vision and make it a reality (without the headaches).

This is an ever-evolving process for me! Generally, when I start working with a client, the first thing I do is get to know them—what they like, what they don’t, and how they live. I’ll ask questions about your daily routines, your favorite colors, and any design inspirations you might have.
Sometimes I can get an idea of what you're wanting from a Pinterest board, or sometimes we’ll go through images, fabrics, and ideas together. I’ll really listen to what you’re saying (and what you’re not saying) to get a feel for your style. My goal is to create a space that’s uniquely yours, so I make sure every choice reflects your personality and how you want to live in your home, but also will be functional for your life and budget. By the end, the space should feel like an extension of you.

Design fees vary depending on your scope of work (which will be provided to you after our initial meeting) and after determining YOUR needs. My fees are either flat rates based on phases of a project, or I bill hourly if you're unsure of what you're needing/need minimal help.
Flat rate fees will have a specified breakdown of deliverables- these will generally cover consultations, concept development, space planning, sourcing materials, creating design drawings, and project management. Additional services, such as custom furniture design or extensive renovations, may incur extra costs and will be noted on your Proposal.

Your involvement is crucial to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Our welcome guide outlines how we collaborate with you throughout the project, including regular updates and meetings to review progress and make decisions.

The timeline for each project varies depending on its size, complexity, and my current workload. I can give you a general estimate once we have an initial meeting!
